Great service. We had two other heating and cooling companies come out, and they both said the whole thing needed to be replaced for thousands of dollars. The owner of Roadrunner Air Conditioning came out and worked for a few minutes and managed to fix it. I would absolutely recommend them.

We had our AC break down just as guests were coming into town for my birthday party. We hired another company who said we needed a new pump, so we had them install one... but within 24 hours, there was no cold air coming into the house. We called Roadrunner and April was fantastic. She understood our urgency and sent out Gus on a Friday afternoon. He correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Their prices are fair and their customer service is excellent. We will be using them exclusively in the future and referring them to our local network. It's great to find honest, capable vendors that you can trust.

Roadrunner has been terrific through the years, and my experience today was consistent with that. They are very responsive, competent, and their charges are extremely fair. Gus, the tech, was outstanding, and April arranged our urgent appointment in minutes. Gus arrived within 2 hours of my call to April and addressed a complicated AC problem in less than an hour. No need to call anyone else for AC or heating issues!

Have been regularly using Roadrunner as I have a “membership” account with Roadrunner. I recently was serviced for a seasonal A/C start-up; and, in the past, I’ve had Roadrunner personnel service external spigots as they had met their product “end-of-life” to survive future winters. Regarding this year’s A/C start-up, I was serviced by Jared Diana, who was on time, well-mannered, and quickly attended to the A/C start-up. I also took the opportunity to ask Jared about “going forward” work, such as a replacement of an aged water heater and installation of an under-the-sink water filter system. Jared provided me with clear and concise information with respect to a new water heater and the current requirements of such an installation. We also quickly discussed the water filtration, which I am really wanting to have done.

I had RoadRunner perform a preventive maintenance on my tankless water heater a month or so ago. They noticed that the expansion tank for the boiler had a broken bladder and replaced. They also determined that several other parts needed to be replace. The system was functional but failure of the system was possible. I got an estimate for the repair. Today RoadRunner was back out to make the repairs identified in the estimate. The repair was done in a timely manner. It was obvious that the technician was knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend RoadRunner for heating and plumbing installation and repair.

In early September 2025, we decided to have Roadrunner AC, Heat, & Plumbing install a mini-split heating and cooling unit in our open floor plan living area in our cabin in Angel Fire, NM. We worked out an installation date when we would be here, and the staff did an exceptionally professional job in the installation and clean-up. We were very impressed with the entire process from Tim coming to the cabin to evaluate our needs to the actual installation by Joel and his team. When we arrived at the cabin a few days before the scheduled mini-split installation, we noticed that we did not have any hot water and determined our boiler unit was leaking, and the display was on "the red screen of death"! We tried for a couple of days to get a local HVAC company to evaluate what we needed and could not receive a call back from anyone! I recalled the info I had seen on the Roadrunner website regarding boiler installation and maintenance, so thought I would see if they would call me back. AND THEY DID!!! Justin called me back on a late Friday afternoon, and we did a FaceTime call where I could show him what we were dealing with. He was able to correctly identify the problem and give us the bad news that the unit would need to be replaced. He worked up a proposal, and we accepted the proposal the next day. Installation dates were not favorable to our need to get hot water and heat to our cabin. Luckily, on Monday evening we received a text from Justin letting us know they had a cancellation for tomorrow, Tuesday, September 16, 2025. We jumped on the opportunity!!! The installation is usually a two-day installation, but understanding our need to get heat and hot water, and their desire to get back to their homes in Santa Fe, both Justin and Reuben worked until around 8 p.m. that evening to get the installation completed in 1 day AND to our satisfaction. Never once did they complain when this old man was looking over their shoulders trying to understand what they were doing! Professionals all day long, just like everyone we have had the pleasure of working with at Roadrunner. I would recommend Roadrunner Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing to anyone interested in dealing with exceptional quality and professionalism. Great people. Efficient and Courteous Plumbers Aug 27, 2025

We had Roadrunner take care of a number of issues with my mom's home in New Mexico: The house needed a new main shutoff valve put in an easier spot to reach; a new hot water heater and a revised recirculation line (with a pump) going from the back of the house to the front. In addition, we needed to get rid of a now defunct 400 lb solar hot water tank in a front closet (see pictures). The Roadrunner plumbers, Tommy T and Justin M, were efficient and courteous, and were also sleuths of a sort, sorting out previous plumbing work. They discovered that the old cast iron sewer line had major cracks (and leaks) and they replaced that, too. As you can imagine the expense for all this was substantial, but now we have the house's plumbing dialed in for another decade and my mom can get hot water to her kitchen sink much faster. I would recommend these guys.

I had just moved into my new home when I started noticing a septic smell coming from my laundry room every time I would wash my clothes. I had never worked with Roadrunner prior, but decided I would give them a try since they provide service in Española. For our initial meeting, Tommy was quick to identify the issue as a faulty piping configuration that didn’t allow the gasses from the plumbing to properly exit—it instead caused the fumes to recirculate back into the home. I was scheduled for a follow-up meeting with Justin and Horacio a week later to fix the faulty piping. Between the two of them, the piping was fixed in an hour—I was very impressed with their efficiency. In addition to this, Justin and Horacio also made me aware of other plumbing issues they noticed in the home. They informed how these issues could be addressed and assured me these issues were well within their capabilities if I choose to schedule another appointment to address them going forward. Every employee I engaged with was courteous, timely, and professional—including those I spoke with over the phone. It was the coldest night of the year and the 14-year-old boiler for my floor heating system was continually failing. I called Roadrunner and asked if they could send a technician as soon as possible. Justin Montoya called me back and said he could be here that afternoon. He had to make a few changes to his schedule but arrived when he said he would and went right to work installing a new gas valve and upgrading the water circulation system.
