I Won't Hesitate to Use Roadrunner Again
I had a problem with a furnace/air conditioner package unit. Another HVAC guy was not able to figure it out, which had me worried. But Gus and Bobby from Roadrunner figured out the problem after making sure they checked all parts of the unit. They were thorough and didn't rush, and always pleasant and polite. Gus got the new motor I needed and was back in less than a week to install it. And the charge was very reasonable! I won't hesitate to use Roadrunner again.

We loved working with Roadrunner and Steve! They were professional, showed up when they said they would, did the work for the price quoted and have been great about follow up. One of the things that Steve does that makes him stand out is to help folks with the forms that need to be filed for the tax rebates from both the State and the Federal government. The owner has to fill them out, but Steve talks you through what you will need and shows you things in detail.
Plus, he is great in his "final closeout" visit and shows you the ins and outs of the systems. I would highly recommend using Roadrunner and Steve!
